Overeating is never fun, to begin eating and not understand why you can't stop yourself. It's a little freaky.
I found that overeating is like many other addictive tendencies that run rampant in our society today, and since I've endured my own struggles with this (alcohol), I have some insights that have worked well for me.
So today I go into some biology and discuss what's happening in your brain, and the reason I like to start here is because it shows one thing. You're not broken.
