Your why is what keeps you inspired, your goals are what exactly your moving toward so lets define them.
I'll admit, my first 2-3 years in the gym my goals, well, they didn't exist. Once I made very clear what my intentions were at the gym everything changed.
I began seeing results, and they correlated with what my goals were, aka what I wanted to move toward.

Here's the equation for achievement of these goals, so you don't even have to listen.
Determine Your Why - Your purpose for entering into your health & fitness journye
Set Goals - Both big and long term, and smaller more obtainable goals to move you closer and closer to these goals.
The long term goals that's the end game, that's where the movement is headed, but the smaller goals are to build momentum, to discover your capabilities and develop an unwavering belief in yourself to attain the long term goal.
